How long does an interior detail take?
Depending on the package you choose (basic, premium or platinum) and any add ons that you might add, an interior detail can take anywhere from 1hr for a small basic to 7+ hours for a large Platinum detail. Inquire below to get a more accurate time estimation.Â
How often should I get my car detailed?
Getting your car detailed (premium or platinum) is recommended every 3-6 months especially for daily drivers. This helps catch stains and debris before its too late and improves re-sale value.Â
Do I need to remove my belongings before a detail?
Yes, we ask that our customers remove their belongings from their car before a booking otherwise we will incur a small surcharge for the removal of said belongings. (As per our Terms and Conditions)
Can detailing remove stains?
Yes, most of the time a thorough detail and extraction and or steam clean can remove stubborn stains from plastics, leather and fabrics. However we do advise that detailers cannot guarantee the removal of 100% of stains.Â
Can I get rid of smokers smell from my car?
Yes! We can definitely remove the smell of smoke from a vehicle however as it is an extensive process to eliminate the odour from the car and air-conditioning system (HVAC), the price is always determined by the specific vehicle and its condition. Have a look HERE to find out more!
Does interior detailing fix interior scratches?
Unfortunately detailers are unable to directly fix scratches on interior plastics and vinyls as this generally requires replacing said damaged parts. However we can remove light swirls and scratches in ‘piano black’ surfaces inside the vehicle. Click HERE to learn more!
Can Interior detailing remove dog hair
Yes! If your car has lots of pet hair, we can definitely remove up to 100% of it! This service does come at an additional cost subject to each vehicle. Click HERE to learn more.Â
Whats the best option for pre-sale?
Every Pre sale detail is different however for majority of the time, we recommend the Premium Package for our pre sale details, If you want to included the engine bay as well, we do have that available as an add on!
Do you do discounts on multiple vehicles?
Yes, we do however these discounts are subject to our Terms and Conditions. For mulit-vehicle bookings, we remove the travel fee (and for local jobs, a discount is applied), however if any vehicles that were quoted are not there on the day of the booking, we still charge for the absent cars due to the time and labour that has been set aside for the booking.
